Nature can re-charge us. Go on walks, go to the park or even try gardening. Fresh air and outdoor play will make your family feel better and your kids will get bigger physically and emotionally.

Teach your children that they will fail, and they don’t have to quit trying. Teaching them to have perseverance by helping them face things with optimism, and that it’s OK to fail and restart again.

No child is a perfect student and that’s fine. Others learn best by doing, others through books or movies. Incorporate your child’s learning style so they will excel and have fun with school.

Children know when things aren’t quite the same. Be transparent with them about progress and challenges but don’t go overboard. Be honest and tell them you’re all in this together and it will get better.
